Healthcare
We have been inside it, not adjacent to it.
We built and ran our own healthcare products — a patient app for medicine access, delivery, reminders and vitals; a pharmacy platform for CRM, billing and inventory; a distributor CRM connecting the supply chain behind them. That means we have handled real patient data, real regulatory pressure and real pharmacy workflows, not just advised on them.
Today that experience shapes how we build AI for care management, pharmacy and payer systems: careful with data, explicit about what the model decides and what a clinician decides, and instrumented so you can prove it.

Money is personal. We build like it is.
We have engineered for lenders serving first-time borrowers in emerging markets, for a scheduled commercial bank, for payroll and HR platforms, and for the analytics products that tell all of them what their customers are actually doing.
The shift underway across BFSI is from selling financial products to caring for financial wellbeing — wealth care, in the same sense as health care. AI makes that possible at scale: credit decisions with reasons attached, advice that is genuinely personal, fraud caught before the customer feels it. But only if the system can explain itself to a regulator on a bad day.
